My hus band and I are 29-year res idents living above the Fes tival and have watched the traffic build as the area has been developed. We exit are area from Kennedy
onto Monte Vis ta. The traffic is already noticeable. Can’t imagine what it might be like with a pos s ible addition of 1000 cars us ing that route to and from the
propos ed apartment complex .
Daily conges tion would be an is s ue in and of its elf but in cas e of an evacuation , would be impos s ible. We would be better off going into our neighbor’s pool than
evacuating on the roadways .
Pleas e do not approve this propos ed development.
