I am concerned about additional hous ing replacing the movie theatre area at the Fes tival Center. I’d like to hear what our police and fire departments s ay about our
public s afety regarding this matter. I was here when Serrano was evacuated and there were not enough lanes for us to get out in a timely matter. Maybe a s maller
hous ing footprint? It’s a was te of s pace jus t having the theatre's there but s omething smaller would be more ideal.
