Good afternoon Natalie and members of the City Council,
I am a resident in Anaheim Hills, residing at in the Monaco Condo Area.
I would like to encourage you to vote No on the construction of a 447-unit multiple-family residential communi ty in the Anaheim
Hills Festival Area. I feel that Anaheim Hills cannot safely support the addition of 447 places for people to li ve, as this area has
become oversaturated with residences. There are many cars already coming in and out of the area, and we need to be able to
move around safely and without fear of not being able to evacuate should an emergency happen.
There comes a point when areas can no longer add to the population without endangeri ng the lives of others. We are at this
point.
Please vote No to allowing developers to build more residences. The developers do not have the best intenti ons for the
neighborhood.
