4. WORKS, Local Agency has made provision for paying that portion of
the cost of the project not requested as an allotment from the State;
5. NOW TOMO= BB IT RNSOLYRD, that Local Agency submit the aforesaid
12 application for State aid for construction of a public works project to the
Director of Finance, requesting an allotment of Ninety -two thousand, one hundred
13 ninety -seven and 20100 Dollars ($92,197.70), or an allotment of such amount as
may be allotted by the State Allocation Board;
6. BE IT MTN= RESOLVED, that Local Agency hereby certifies that the
15 total estimate of cost to be paid for the construction of Trunk Sewers for Which
Local Agency is making application under said Act is Pour hundred five thousand
16 and 22 /100 Dollars ($405,000.00);
17 7, BB IT PURSER RESOLVED, that Local Agency hereby requests the State
18 to pay the Staters share of the total actual cost of construction of the project
for which Local Agency is making•application for aid;
19 8. BE IT FUME= RESOD, that for the purpose of this request

23 agent is_ further authorised- and.•directed as representative of Local Agency to
conduct all negotiations and conclude all arrangements, with either the State
Allocation Board or the Director of Finance, including requests for payment of

1. Y11RI#*$, the State of California, under Chapter 20, Statutes of 1946
(First Extra Session), as amended, bas.appropriateei funds for allotment to pro-
ride for financial assistance to Local Agencies, defined therein as counties,
cities and counties, or cities, so that they may engage in a large public works
construction program in order to prevent and alleviate unemployment; and
2. MAER4S, the City of Anaheim hereinafter designated "Local Agencg
desires to apply for an allotment of State aid for the construction of a public
works project under said Act; and
3. WEEMS, an application to the State Director of Finance for such=
allotment has been prepared and presented to this Legislative Body for con-
sideration; and
The foregoing Resolution is approved and signed by me this 26th day of
