RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZ-
ING SALE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONVEY-
ANCE THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner of the hereinafter
described real property, and
WHEREAS, said real property is no longer needed for municipal
purposes, and
WHEREAS, FORREST L. THEETGE and C. E. McGINNIS have made an
offer to purchase said real property for the sum of Four Hundred
$400.00) Dollars, payable upon execution and delivery of Deed, and
WH?ER?=AS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interests of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and sell and convey said real property to
said Forrest L. Theetge and C. E. McGinnis upon the terms and
conditions hereinafter specified:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM that the offer of Forrest L. Theetge and C. E.
McGinnis to purchase the hereinafter described real property for the
sum of Four Hundred ($400.00) Dollars be accepted upon the following
terms and conditions:
1. That the sum of $400.00 be paid at the time of execution
and delivery of deed.
2. That said property shall be sold subject to all conditions,
restrictions, reservations, easements and rights of way of record;
3. That said property is sold upon the condition that it is
to be used for industrial purposes;
4. That said property is sold upon the condition that said
property will be improved in accordance with the plans and speci-
fications submitted with and accompanying the application to
purchase said property, and that if the said purchasers shall fail

to comply with this condition, then title to said property shall
revert to the City of Anaheim and the purchase price shall be
returned to said purchaser.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk of
the City of Anaheim be and they are hereby authorized to execute
a good and sufficient deed conveying to said Forrest L. Theetge and
C. E. McGinnis the following described real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, and
more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
A tract of land in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
of California, including a portion of Lots 45, 46, 47, 48 and 49,
of the Schaffer- Oswald Subdivision, as shown on a map thereof filed
in Book 7, Page 41, Miscellaneous maps, Records of Orange County,
said tract of land being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the north line of East La Palma Avenue,
point being 30 feet north of the monumented center line of said
La Palma Avenue and 596.87 feet east of the monumented center

public use by Resolution No. 1614, passed by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim on June 8th, 1948, said point also being 30 feet
west of the East City Limit Line of the City of Anaheim; thence
Southwardly along the westerly line of said Pauline Street and para-
llel to said East City Limit Line, a distance of 25.00 feet to a
point; thence West along a lineparallel to the said north line of
East La Palma Avenue a distance of 188.81 feet, more or less, to

The above parcel subject to a 5 -foot easement, running north
and south, for utilities along the westerly line of said parcel.
The North Olive Street referred to in the above description is
the Olive Street conveyed to the City of Anaheim by deed recorded
February 1, 1926, in Book 625 of Deeds, page 367, Orange County
Records.
SUBJECT to conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements
and rights of way of record.
and to deliver said deed into escrow to be delivered to said
purchasers upon the completion of said escrow and the payment of
the full purchase price as hereinabove provided.
The City Clerk of the City of Anaheim is hereby directed to
certify a copy of this Resolution and cause the sane to be delivered
to the County Recorder of Orange County, together with the deed
herein referred to, and said recorder is hereby authorized to record
said deed.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this
