RESOLUTION GRANTING A VARIANCE
WHEREAS, A. 7. Stenger, as owner of certain real property
located at 627 West Broadway in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange,State of California, described as Part of Vineyard Lot E-6
has filed with the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim, a petition requesting that a variance be "ranted permitt-
ing him to construct a multiple dwelling and garage upon said
real property, and
WHEREAS said applicant for said variance permit having
filed an application with the City Planning Commission and said
planning commission having had and conducted a hearing thereon
and having recommended to the City Council the granting of said
variance permit, and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds from consideration and
investigation of the facts and the report and recommendation of
theCity Planning Commission that:
1. Special circumstances and exceptional conditions do
exist as to the above described real property that do not apaly
generally to the property or classes of uses in the same zone or
district;
(2) That a variance is necessary for the preservation and
enjoyment of a substantial property right of said vetiiiontrt
(3) That the granting of such conditional variance will not
be detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to the property
or improvements in the district wherein said pronerty is located,
provided the conditions hereinafter set forth are complied with;
NOW, THEREFOR!, BE IT RE9OLITED BY THE CITY COUNCIL TeF TH7
CITY OF ANAHEIM, that a conditional variance be, and the same ie
hereby granted to A. W. Stenger whereby a multiple dwelling con-
sisting of two 2-bedroom apartments and three 1-bedroom apartment!
1 and a 5-car garage may be constructed upon said real property
2 upon the following conditjams:

1. That the buildings be constructed in accordance with the
4 plans submitted with the application for a variance.
5 2. That said business shall be operated in accordance with

all Iowa of the State of California and Ordinances and Rekulations
the City of Anaheim.
3. That the appearance of said real property, including all
buildings thereon shall be kept and maintained with a satisfactory
appearance in keeping with the uses herein permitted.
4. That the maintenance and operation of said buildings
shall comply with all requirements of the Chief of the Fire
Department of the City of Anaheim as to safety and fire prevention
5. That the City Council hereby reserves the right to revoke
said variance permit for good cause.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this
