WHEREAS, the pity of Anaheim, a Municipal Oorporation, owns
and maintains that certain park known and designated as La Palma
Park, and
e Anaheim_ Union High School District, situated in
eheim, a Political Subdivision of the State of
if ornia, desires the use of said park for football games for
a term of five years, and
WHEREAS, the City Oounoil of the Qity of Anaheim finds that
the use of said park by said Anaheim Union High School Di strict
will not conflict with the uee of said park by any other organisa-
tion, and that its use by said Anaheia Union High School District
will be a public benefit to said Anaheim School District and the
citizens of .heim
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 'T RESOLVED BY THE OIT 00UNCIL OF THE
CITY OF A AH:EIM that the Anaheim Union High 8<3hool. District shall
have the use of said park in the eveninge after 6 o'clock P. U. on
the dates of September 24, Ootober 8 and 16 and November 5 and 19,
1948 for the regularly scheduled football g. to be played by
the Anaheim High School football team with other schools on said
dates, and upon the dates upon which football games in the Sunset
League are regularly scheduled during the years 1949,. 1950, 1951
and 1952, said Anaheim Union High School District to furnish to
the City of Anaheim, prior to the commencement of the football
aeaeon in each of said subsequent years, a list of the dates upon
which the games are scheduled for t hr t particular year.
HE IT FURTHER R±S0LVED that the 4ity of Anaheim shall
receive as compensation for the use of said La Palma Park for

said football gee, twenty -five percent (2 of the gro
receipts from the sale of tiokete for admiseion to paid games
after payment of Federal Taxes, during the year 1948. Each
year thereafter, the 0 t of Anaheim shall reoeive ten percent
