RESOLUTION NO. 72R-173
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNC::tL OF THE
CITY OP ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
65R-23l IN RECLASSIP'ICATION PROCEEDINGS
NO. 64-65-85.
WJlF.1U:AS, the City Council dlld 'heretotore, to wit, on
March 23, 1965, adopt Resolution No. 6S:a-23l in ReClassification
Proceedin,s No. 64-65-85 finding and determining that the property
and area therein described should be changed from R-A, RESIDENTIAL-
AGRI.CULTU&AL ZONE, and R-l, ONE-PAMILY' RESIDENTIAL ZONE, and
incorporated in the followin, zone., subject to certain conditions
set forth in said resolution:
That Parcell shall be changed from :a-A, RESIDENTIAL-
AGRICUL'l'URAL ZONE, and incorporated in C-l, GENERAL
COMMERCIAL ZONE; and
That Parcel 2 shall be changed from R-l, ONE-FAMILY
RESIDEN'fIAL ZONE, and incorporated in P-l, AUTOMOBILE
PARIUNG ZONE.
and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 6 of Resolution No. 65R-23l
reads as follows:
"6. That a 6-foot masonry wall shall be constructed
along the north, west and south property lines of
Parcel 2 hereinbefore described to i~sure that no
commercial traffic will be utilizing the residential
street; and that said wall shall be CoftSt.ructed prior
to the adoption of an ordinance reclassifying subject
property."

AND WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Condition
should be changed to read as follows:
"6. That a six foot masonry wall shall be constructed
along the north, west and south property lines of
Parcel 2, hereinbefore described, to insure that no
commercial traffic will be utilizing the residential
street, and that said wall shall be constructed prior
to final building and zoning inspection."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Condition No. 6 of Resolution No.
65R-23l in Reclassification Proceedings No. 64-65-85 be, and
the same is hereby, amended to read as follows:

Parcel 2, hereinbefore described, to insure that
no commercial traffic will be utilizing the residen-
tial street, and that said wall shall be constructed

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 9th day of May, 1972.
