CITY CT ANAHEIM that the offer of Three Thousand Dollars 000.(0)
of Copern Wood Products Corp. for the purchase of the hereinafter
described real property be accepted and the Mayor pnd the City
Clerk of the City of Anaheim be and. they are hereby authorized
upon receipt of the balance of said purchase price, to-Wit, Two
Thoussnd Six Hundred Dollars (12,600.00) to execute and deliver to
Copern Wood Products Corp. a f:,00d and sufficient deed conveying to
them the following described real pro situated in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orane, tate of CF-lifornia, and more particular

Orange, State of California, including a. portion
of Lots 40 to 49 inclusive, of the Schaffer-OsvTald
Subdivision, as shown on a map thereof filed in
Book 7, Pe 41, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of
Orange County, also includin a portion of that
certain abandoned street formerly nown as Julianna
Street lyin between. sai Lots 40, 41, 42, 43, and

wardly along a line parallel to the East City
Limit Line a distnoe of 350 feet to a point,
said point being the true point of beginning;

COPERN WOOD PRODUCTS CORP., a. Corporation, eerty of the

THAT WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner of the
hereinafter described real property, and
WHEREAS, said real property is no longer needed for
municipal purposes, and
WHEREAS, Copern Wood Products Corp. heretofore made en
offer to purchase said real property for the sum of Three Thousand
