WHEREAS, heretofore, to wit, on the llth day of February, 1947,
Resolution No. 1525 was duly passed and adopted granting to Harry C. Leddel and
Henry C. Cohn the right to use La Palma Park for training purposes and for the
playing of regularly scheduled baseball games during the regular baseball season
of the Sunset League, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and the City Clerk were authorized to enter into
a contract in accordance with said resolution, and
WHEREAS, said Harry C. Leddel and Henry C. Cohn have requested that
they be given and granted an option to renew said contract for the baseball
season in 1958,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM that said Harry C. Leddel and Henry C. Cohn be, and they are hereby given
and granted the right to renew the said contract on the same terms and conditions
for a term of one year if the contract for 1947 and the performance thereof is
satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Anaheim this 8th day of April, 1957.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE GRANTING OF AN OPTION TO
HARRY C. LEDDEL AND HENRY C. COHN TO RENEW CONTRACT
FOR USE OF LA PALMA PARK FOR THE BASEBALL SEASON OF
1948.
I, CHARLES E. GRIFFITH, City Clerk of the City of Anaheim, do hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Anaheim, held on the 8th day of April, 1947,
by the following vote of the members thereof:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
