RESOLUTION GRANTING A VARIANCE
Whereas the owner of certain real property situated in
the city of Anaheim, Orange County, California described as:
The Easterly 225.25 feet of the Northerly 9.25 acres of
Lot 39 of Anaheim Extension, as shown on a map made by
William Hamel and filed for record in the office of the
County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California.
has filed with the City Planning Commission of the City
of Anaheim a petition requesting that a variance be granted permit-
ting an ironclad frame construction building thereon to be used as
a storage warehouse only for the storing of finished citrus by-
products, feeds, and other allied equipment; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council fins from con i.'-er<.ti-,D ..nu_ in-
vestigation of the facts and the report and recommendations of the
City Planning Commission that:
(1) Special circumstances and exceptional conditions do exist
as to the above described real property that do not apply generally
to the property or classes of uses in the same zone or district.
(2) That a variance is necessary for the preservation and
enjoyment of a substantial property right of said petitioner.
(3) That the granting of such conditional variance will not
be detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to the property
or improvements in the district wherein said property is located,
provided the conditions hereinafter set forth are complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL CF TH
CITY OF ANAHEIM`, that a conditional variance is hereby granted
whereby said ironclad frame construction building may be used as a
storage warehouse only for storing finished citrus by- products
feeds, trucks, and other allied equipment, from and after the date
of the adoption of this resolution up to and including the thirty-
first day of December, 1946, provided that the owner of said
property make, execute, and deliver unto the City of Anaheim its

1 bond, with corporate surety in the sum of $2,000.00, which bond
2 shall be in such form and shall be executed by such corporate

Anaheim. The condition of said bond shall be that the owner of
said real property shall remove said ironclad frame construction
building from said real property at a time not later than
December thirty-first, 1946.
