RESOLUTION NO. 1425
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM:
1. That the City of Anaheim sell the hereinafter described real property
unto Southern California Citrus Foods, a Corporation, for the sum of $5,000.00
cash.
2. That Chas. A. Pearson, as Mayor and Charles E. Griffith, as City Clerk
of the City of Anaheim, make, execute and deliver unto Southern California Citrus
Foods the grant deed of the City of Anaheim whereby the City of Anaheim grants
and 'conveys said real property unto said Southern California Citrus Foods, and
that said Mayor and City Clerk subscribe the name of the City of Anaheim to said
deed and affix the seal of the City of Anaheim thereto.
3. That said real property is situated in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California and is more particularly described as follows:
A portion of the West one-half of the Southeast quarter of Section Three,
Township Four South, Range Ten West, S. B. B. M. and more particularly describe
as follows:
Beginning at a point on the East line of North Olive Street which point is
30 feet East of the Monumented center line of said North Olive Street, and 455
feet south, measured along said East Line, from the monumented center line of
Commercial Street, and is marked by a 1 inch iron pipe as shown on a Licensed
Surveyor's Map filed March 3rd, 1938, in Book 8, page 27 of Record of Surveys in
the office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California, said point being
the southeast corner of land conveyed to Cal-Juices, Inc., by deed recorded
January 26th, 1938, in Book 922, page 262 of Official Recorts; thence East along
the South line of said land 742.05 feet to a point on the Westerly right of way
line of the main line of the Los Angeles and Salt Lake Railroad Company in said
Section Three, which point is also marked by a 1 inch iron pipe as shown on
said Record of Survey Map; thence Southeasterly along said right of way line,
along the arc of a curve concave Northeasterly and having a radius of 5764.65
feet, a distance of 251.91 feet to a point on the East line of said West one-half
of the Southeast quarter of said Section Three, which line is also the present
East City limit line of the City of Anaheim, the long chord of said arc having
a length of 251.80 feetaand a bearing of South 9 49' East; thence South 0° 05'
East along said City limit line, 33.18 feet; thence West 784.83 feet to said
East line of North Olive Street; thence North 0° 62' 30" West, along said East
line of North Olive Street, 291.23 feet to the point of beginning, containing
an area of 5.00 acres, more or less.
Subject to conditions, restrictions, reservations and rights of way of
record.
Subject also to 1945-1946 taxes.
The foregoing Resolution is signed and approved by me this 19th day of
June, 1945.

I, CHARLES E. GRIFFIfH, City Clerk of the City of Anaheim, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted at an adjourned
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Anaheim, held on the 19th
day of June, 1945, by the following vote:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim approved
and signed said Resolution on the 19th day of June, 1945.
