Pleas e cons ider this as a letter in oppos ition to the s ize of the propos ed development of the festival project . This is too large of a project cons idering that it is in a
high fire area. Yes there is a lot of reas ons for the traffic conges tion in the area but this project will only add to them. I have lived in the hills for over 40 years and it
