RESOLUTION NO. 1411
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING CITY OF SANTA
ANA TO ENTER INTO AN OIL AND GAS LEASE.
BE IT RBSOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the
City of Santa Ana, as contracting city, be and it is hereby authorized to execute
a certain oil and gas lease dated March 19, 1945, by and between the City of
Santa Ana, a municipal corporation, as Lessor, and D. W: Elliott, as Lessee,
covering certain real property owned by the Cities of Santa Ana, Orange, Fullerton
and Anaheim, which lease is more particularly described in Resolution No. 3388,
adopted by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana on March 19, 1945; and
BE IT RORTHBR RESOLVRD that the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim
transmit a copy of this resolution to the City Clerk of the City of Santa Ana.
This resolution approved and signed by me this 27th day of March, 1945.
