WHEREAS, the project being nearly completed, it is found
that certain transfers of funds between the various accounts are
necessary in order to make the budgeted amounts agree more closely
with the actual costs, and it is the desire and recommendation of
the City Council that such transfers be made.
IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, that the Federal Works Agency be and it is hereby re-
quested to make the following transfers of funds:
$400.00 from Engineering to Construction, and
$980.00 from Legal and Administrative to Construction, so
that the revised amount available for Item 3, Construction, will be
$120,793.00; for Item 4, Engineering, $8,500.00; and for Item 5,
Legal and Administrative, $20.00.
The foregoing Resolution is approved and signed by me
this 27th day of March, 1945.
