I am writing as a current resident of Anaheim Hills (92807) to voice concern over the proposed Festival Center apartments development. I have
lived in the area my entire life - 42 years.
In 2008, I watched my home burn to the ground as a result of the Freeway Fire. While it quickly burned, fire and emergency vehicles could not
reach the home before we lost everything. Here we are 18 years later, with a much more highly concentrated population in the area, and there is no
consideration with regard to additional housing without any infrastructure changes.
The same roads exist, with no lane expansion and no development of new roads or evacuation routes. This blatant disregard for human life in the
event of an emergency is more than concerning.
Please vote "No" on any proposed housing developments at the Anaheim Hills Festival Center.
