RESOLUTION NO. 1271
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANART',IM that that
certain quitclaim deed dated August 26, 1941, signed by R. L. Waters and Dagny
Waters, wherein R. L. Waters and Dagny Waters do hereby remise, release and for-
ever quitclaim to the City of Anaheim, a municipal corporation of the sixth class,
State of California, all that real property situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California described as follows: Lot 4 in Block 2
of Tract No. 304, "Mills Park Tract as per map recorded in Book l4, Page 50,
Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California, be and the same is
hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 2nd day of Sept-
ember, 1941.
The foregoing resolutions signed and approved by me this 2nd day of
September, 1941.
