RESOLUTION NO. 1270
WHEREAS, the Honorable Chas. Schaal, Justice of the Peace of Anaheim
Township, Orange Count California, has consented to act as City Judge of the
City Court of the Oity of Anaheim during the illness of City Judge Prank Tausdh,
and
AYES; COUNCILMEN, Pearson, Vat: Wagoner,
NOES: COUNCILMEN, None.
ABSENT AND NOT VOTING: COUNCILMEN, None.
WAS,, Justi el. has entered into the adsinistra of the
duties of said City Judge,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CCUBCIL OF TP£E CITY 0
ANAHEIM, that it does hereby authorize Justice Chas. Kuchel to as as such City
Judge during the inability of Judge Touch so to act, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said City Council extends to Ja Iutthel
its sincere appreciation and thanks for his services, and
B3 IT FURTHER RESOLVED that during the time that Justice I u4hel shall
as as City Judge that Sergeant James Pifer of the Anabsim Polies Department
shall handle and deposit with the O ty Treasurer all ban money and fines posts&
and collected while Justice Euchel so acts, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this tion be
to Justice Kuohel.
