WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner of that certain real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange State of California, described
as follows: Lot 9, Tract 640 (Clementine Street Annex) as shown on a Dap records&
is Book 20, page 9, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California,

WHEREAS, said City of Anaheim has no use for said property or any part
thereof for public purposes, and the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds the

NOW TORE, 3E IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
that it does hereby sell all of the above described real property unto the said
Lillie Hulbert, and the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Anaheim are hereby
authorized to REke, execute and deliver unto the said Lillie Hulbert a grant deed
of said City of Anaheim conveying said property to said Lillie Hulbert.
