BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that that
certain quitclaim deed, dated September 30, 1940; signed by Martha M. Brewer,
a widow, whose address is 111 North Lake Avenue, Pasadena, California, wherein
Martha M. Brewer, a widow, quitclaims to the City of Anaheim, a municipal corpor-
ation of the sixth class, of the State of California, all that real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows: Lot 16 Block "A" in Tract No. 351, "Lohman Tract" as shown on a map
recorded in Book 15, page 3 of Misc. Maps, records of Orange County, California,
be and the same is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
