Brewer, a widow, quitclaims to the City of Anaheim, a municipal corpor- ation of the sixth class, of the State of California, all that real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: Lot 16 Block "A" in Tract No. 351, "Lohman Tract" as shown on a map recorded in Book 15, page 3 of Misc.
