11/10/1936-003RL jLUTION ADOPTING WAGE SCAL
FOR PUBLIC WORKS CONTRACTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Anaheim that, pursuant
to the Statutes of the State of California,said City Council has
ascertained the general prevailing rate of hourly wages and rates for
legal holiday and overtime work for each craft or type of laborer, work-
man or mechanic needed for the execution of public works contracts
within said city, said prevailing rates so determined being as follows:

Asphalt plant dryerman or fireman
Asphalt plant operator
Asphalt raker (hand)
Asphalt shoveller
Blacksmith
Blade grader operator, (finish work)

Clam Shell or Dragline operator (shovel type)

The foregoing resolution is approved and signed this 10th

adopted by the City council of the City of Anaheim at a regular

AYES: COUNCILMEN Mann, Tungbluth, Sheridan, Martenet Jr., Pearson.
NOES: COUNCILMEN None.
ABSENT AND NOT VOTING: COUNCILMEN None
