declaring that it will be for the interest and advantage of said
City to become a party to the supplemental agreement proposed by
the Waste Water Disposal Company, a corporation, and other

California, do resolve as follows:
RESOLVED: That it will be for the interest and
advantage of the City of
California,
to become a party to the proposed supplemental agreement
between the Cities of Santa Ana, Anaheim, Fullerton, Orange
and La Habra, and Placentia, Garden Grove and Buena Park
Sanitary Districts all of Orange County, California, as
parties of the first part, and Waste Water Disposal Company,
a corporation, as party of the second part, whereby said
Waste Water Disposal Company is granted a modification in an

original undated agreement entered into by both parties during
the latter part of the year 1927. The modifications consist
of the desire of the parties hereto to amend and modify said
original agreement with respect to the monthly payments and
the quantity of water which the second party may discharge
into the sewer pipe line owned by the First Parties,
