RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF TRANSFER
OF FUNDS.
RT'SOLVEL BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF; ANAHEIM,
to t;ansfer from the General Fund the sum of $ 5,500-00
to Acquisition and Improvement District Funds Nos 1, 2, and 3,
to cover anticipated distribution of gas tax monies from
the County of Orange, and that this amount be set up on the
books of the City of Anaheim as an"Aocount Receivable" due
from the County of Orange. Slid transfer to be retroactive
as of April 30, 1935.

The sum of 4 1121.52 to be transferred from the General Fund
to the various A & I Funds, said transfer to be retroactive
as of April 30, 1935.
The foregoing resolution is approved and signed b7pis
11th day of June, 1935.
