That the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized and
directed to publish, by two insertions in the Anehrl-irn Gazette
and one insertion in the Southwest 'Puilder and Contractor, a
notice inviting sealed proposals for furnishing apprIximately
40 tons of chlorine for use along the Outfall Sewer, under
ourchose agreement to run for one yecx from date of contract.
Said proposals to be received. up to 8 o'clock ?.h of
Tuesday, larch 27, 1934.
Said notice shall provide for 100.00 bidderO checks and a
faithful performance bond of 2 11500.00.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim at a regular meetingf held on the 13th
