RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
that the municipal corporations of Orange County are, and
always will be, vitally interested in the preservation of,
protection of and replenishment of the water supply of the
basin of the Santa Ana River in Orange County, and this re-
gardless of any additional water any of said cities may at
