4 RESOLUTION ORDERING ISSUANCE OF ACQUISITION BONDS.

s MREA$, on the 14th day of April, 1931 this City Council
7 adopted a resolution fixing a time and place for hearing upon
8 the issuance of bonds against the lands in the Assessment District
9 in A c quisition and Improvement District No. 2 of the City of
10 Anaheim for the purpose of o btaining the amount required to pay th
11 interlocutory ,judgment in favor of Jacob Wittmer and Lydia Wittmer
12 in the action brought to condemn the property sought to be taken,
13 all costs and expenses chargeable to the plaintiff in said action
14 all incidental expenses incurred in the proceeding for the above
15 named District and for the purpose of ;furnishing an opportunity to
16 all persons interested to be heard upon any of the matters upon
17 which they are given the right to be heard and present objections
is under Section 36 of the Acquisition and Improvement Act of
19 1925, and
20 WHEREAS, at the time and place so fixed the said hearing was
21 taken up and no objection either written or oral having been made
22 to the issuance of said bonds, or as to any of the proceeding acts
23 i or determinations of this Council in said proceeding, and said
24 matter having been r egularly called for hearing, and this Council
25 having fully considered said matter, and
26 WHEREAS, it appears from affidavits on file with the Clerk of
27 this City C that notice of said hearing has been dully and
28 regularly published and posted as ordered and as required by law;
29 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the

31 1. That notice of the dap, hour and place of the hearing upoi

2. That all of the acts f determinatio and rroceedings
heretofore had and taken in the matter of Acquisition and YmproF+e -
ment district No, 2 of the City of Anaheim are regular and in all
respects sufficient, and that no protests or objections regard-
ing the same or to the issuance of said bonds have been presented
to this City Council,
3. That the publio necessity -and convenience require and it
is hereby ordered that bonds of the said District shell be issued
in the total sum of Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ( 7700.00
for the purposes above recited, and the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim is hereby ordered to issue bonds of the said
Ci.striot, designated "Series C ", in the said aggregate principal
sum dated the day this resolution is adopted all in the manner
and form provided in the Acquisition and improvement Act of 1925
and in further accordance with the provisione for such bonds
contained in the Resolution of intention adopted in the matter
of said Acquisition and improvement District by this City
Council on the „Z,'Z „�� day of „A , 193n.
4. That the Clerk of this City Council shall forthwith
transmit to said City Treasurer an attested copy of this reso-
lution and order, tog ether with an attested copy of said Resolutiol
of Int ent ion,
The foregoing Reso lution is signed and approved by me, this
28th day of April, 1931.
