RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROPRIATING CERTAIN MONEYS FOR THE PAYMENT OF ASSESSMENTS LEVIED BY THE METROPOLITAN MATER DISTRICT. WHEREAS the Metropolitan "T District of Southern California has levied a tax of four cents for each One Hundred Dollar ($100.00) valuation in the City of Anaheim, which tax was levied by resolution duly passed and adopted by the Board of Directors of the Metropolitan Dater District and, THEREAS, the amount to be paid by the vrooerty holders of the City of Anaheim for said assessment is the sum of Three Thousand Seventy Seven and Seventy -six hundredths ($3077.76) Dollars, and WHEREAS, the said City Council of the City o:f Anaheim desires to pay said tax from the General Fund of the City of Anaheim, as provided by Section 8 -D of the Metropolitan Water District Act of the State of California as amended by the Legislature in 1929, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim, California, that the City of Anaheim pay from its General Fund, the sum of Three Thousand Seventy Seven and Seventy -six hundredths ($3077.76) Dollars in full payment of said assessment, to be paid as follows: One half of said amount to wit: the. of One Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Eight and eighty -eight hundredths (01,538.88) Dollars on or before the l6t day of January, 1930, and The balance of said amount, to -wit: the sum of One Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Eight and eighty - eight hundredths (ri )1 Dollars on or before the lst day of June, 1930.
