IN THE MATTER OF INSTALLING ORNAITENTAL STREET: LIGHTS
ON BROADWAY
IN THE CITY OF ANA HEIM
RESOLUTION COFFIRMING PROCEEDINGS
AND ORDERING WARRANT
WHEREAS, that certain cork recently done pursuant to the
provisions of the "Improvement Act of 1911," as amended, and pur—
suant to and as described in Resolution of Intention No. 205,
passed by the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim on the 14th
day of April, 1927, has been completed to the satisfaction of the
Street Superintendent of said City, who has filed with the City
Clerk the assessment and dia.gran. for said work;
AND WHEREAS, Thursday, the 8th day of March, 1928, at the
council chambers of the City Council of said city, was fixed as the
time and place of hearing appeals in the mgtter of said improvement
and the .assessment therefor;
AND ZliEREAS, notice of the time and place of said hearing,
briefly referring to said. Resolution cf Intention and the date of
its passage for a description of the work therein mentioned, was
posted conspicuously by the clerk near the door of the council
chamber of said City Council for more than five days as appears from
the affidavit of the clerk on file, and was also published as re—
quired by law as anpea.rs by affidavit also on file:
Ahd said appeal coming on regularly for hearing and no appeals
having been taken within the time allowed by statute,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AND DETERMINED BY the City Council of
the City of Anaheim, that all the acts and determinations of the
Superintendent of Streets and of the City Engineer of said City
relative to said work be and the same are hereby confirmed, and said
assessment and dia.graxn therefor are hereby found to be correct and
are confirmed, and it is hereby ordered that warrant ma.y be attached
thereto accordingly.
