Resolutiln of the Board of Trustees of the city
of c/�u.LC�,,� determining and declaring that
public interest and necessity demands the immediate
expenditure of money for the purpose of an easement
upon additional land needed in the matter of the con-
struction of a pump house on the outfall sewer; direct-
ing the city of Santa Ana to make certain expenditures
for the acquiring thereof, and designating the said city
as the contracting party; obligating the said city of
to pay its proportionateshare thereof,
and authorizing the entering into of a contract and
acceptame of a grant of easement.
The Board of Trustees of the ckty of �i£..v,�
does resolm as follows:
Resolved, that public interest and necessitydemands
the acquisition and purchase of an easement adjacent to property
now held by the Joint Outfall Sewer, for the purpose of co nstruct-
ing and maintaining a pumping plant.
Resolved, that the city of Santa Ana, California, is
hereby designated as the contracting city and is hereby authorized,
empowered and directed to enter into a contract or contracts with
Willow Land Company, a corporation, or other owners, for the acqui-
sition and purchase of a perpetual right of way and easement in,
upon, and over real property in the County of Orange, State of
California, described as:
Situated in Section 19, Township 6 South, Range,
10 West, S.B.B.& M., and beginning at a point in the
westerly right of way line of the Santa Ana- Anaheim
Joint Outfall Sewer, said point being South 15 45
West 883.98 feet and North 74 15 West 15 feet from
Surveyor's Station No. 68, a point in the Easterly
boundary line of the Ranchos Las B olsas, as described
in Book 1, pages 443 and 444, and in Book 2, pages 332
and 333 of Patents, Records of Los Angeles County,
California; running thence North 74 15 West 10.00
feet; thence North 15? 45 East 40 feet; thence South
'14 15 East 10.00 feet to a point in the westerly
right of way line of the Santa Ana- Anaheim Joint Out-
fall Sewer; thence South 15 45 West 40 feet along
the last mentioned line to the point of beginning.
for the sum of not to exceed five hundred dollars (4500.00)
with the right to erect a building or buildings or structures

thereon, subject to the condition that if said real property is
vacated or abandoned by the said joint outfall sewer, or its
successors, in interest, the same shall the reupgnI-. A mmediately re-
vert to the grantors and the right of way and ea`i 4nt of the
grantee shall be determined.
Fcesolved, that the city of u be and
it is hereby obligated to pay and agrees to pay upon demand by
the city of Santa Ana its proportionate part of all money expended
by said city of Santa Ana in acquiring and purchasing said ease-
rent an" ex - pense and charges necessary or incident thereto; all of
said payments by the city of % a/ zc� t be in its propoi-
tionate share of said cast, as provided for in that certain supple-
mental joint agreement heretofore entered into and now by
and between the cities of Santa Ana, Anaheim, Fullerton, Orange,
Bue a Park Sanitary District,
and La Habra, and Placentia Sanitzy Distrief /and Garden Grove
Sanitary District, all in the county of Orange, State of Califorria,.
The above and foregoing Resolution was regularly read,
considered, passed, approved and ordered signed at a meeting of
the Board of Trustees of the city of ,��� held on the /z
