RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED
RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM:
THAT certain grant deed made - by the Community Industrial
Land Company, Inc. a Corporation, to the City of Anaheim, a Mun-
icipal Corporation of the sixth class, for Right --of -way and Ease-
ment made the 11th, day of October, 1927, wherein and the
said Community Industrial Land Company, Inc. conveyed u#to the
City of Anaheim for public street purposes that certain real
property situate in Orange County, City of Anaheim, California,
described as follows:
A tract of land in the South half of the N.W. t of the S.E.
Of Section 3, T.4 S., R. 10 W., S.H.B. & M., and more particu-
larly described as follows, to -wit : -
Beginning at a point 167 feet south and 20 feet east from
the N.W. corner of the S. 2 of the N.W. 4 of the S.E. 4 of sai
Section 3, thence east par llel with the.north line of said S
of the N.W. 4 of the S.E. I of said Section 3, 736.feet; thence
south parallel with the west line of said S.E. 4 of said Section
