RHOADS has paid the City of Anaheim the sum o Sixteen hundred eighty dollars twenty two cents ($1680.22) 1. and has requested that certain portions of the real property cov -j erect by that certain Mortgage dated April 28th, 1924, made by J. B. Rhoads, a single man, to the City of Anaheim, a Municipal Cor -'I poration, be released from the lien of said Mortgage, as provided by the terms thereof, OVA, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES that the following described portions of the real - property described in that certain Mortgage dated April 28th, 1924, made by J. B. Rhoads a single man, to the City of Anaheim, a1unicipal Corporation, and recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Orange, State of California, in Book 326, at Page 55, be, and the same is hereby, released. The property affected by this release is more particularly described as follows, to -wit : Parcel 1. That portion of the North one -half (N2) of the Southwest quarter (SW4) of Section Nineteen (19), Township Four (4� South, range Ten (10) West, S. B. B. & M. , described as follows: Beginning at a point in the North line of the Southwest quarter ( S` i) of said Section Nineteen (19) , distant Easterly 1154.80 feet from the Northwesterly corner of the Southwest quarter 4 ) of said Section Nineteen (19), said point of beginning being the Northeasterly corner of the land conveyed to John W. Fuquay, et al,, by deed recorded September 7th, 1926, in Book 672, page 246 of Deeds, records of Orange County, C,a.lifornia; thence Southerly alon the Easterly line of the land so conveyed to John 77.
