04/14/1927-0571' 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 ' 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 t/' I t IN THE :MATTER OF PLANTING TREES ON EAST A11D ',,','EST BROADWAY AND ON NORTH AND SOUTH LOS ANGELZ' � STREET WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim, on the 10th day of March, 1927, > passed its Resolution of Intention No. 204 in the above entitled matter, AND, WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resol - dtion of Intention, this Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim, on the 24th day of March 1927, passed and adopted a Resolution adopting the report of the planning commission, and in said Resolution fixed Thursday, the 14th day of April, 1927, as the day, and eight ( 8:00) o'clock P.I. as the hour, and the chambers of the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim as the place when and where any person interested ob- jecting to said improvement might be heard, AND,'?HEREAS, notice of the passing of said Resolution and the adoption of said report of the planning commission was duly and regularly posted, as provided by law, AND , WHEREAS, at the time and place set for said hearing of objections, said matter was regularly called for hearing, and th oeing no protests, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim: 1. That the report of the planning commission of the City of Anaheim adopted by this Board of Trustees on the 24th day of March 1927, be, and the same is hereby adopted and approved; 2. That all of the work and improvement set forth in the Resolution of Intention No. 204 and described in the report of the planning commission be made and done according to the plans and -specifications.referred to in said report, and in accordance with the Tree Planting Act of 1915; 3.
