I published an open letter to you in the Voice of OC. Please read it. Community members will create a permanent record of how
each city council member votes on this issue, we hope you will choose the right side of this issue. A vote to renew the contract
without cleaning house is a vote for mismanagement, incompetence, and cruelty.
