To Whom It May Concern:
My son and I have been residents of Anaheim Hills since 2019 and absolutely love this community.
I am opposed to the building of a 447 unit development in the Festival Shopping Center for the following reasons:
1. These new units will not likely be affordable as are most of the rental units in Southern California.
2. Traffic will become more of an issue as it can be on Santa Ana Canyon when the 91 freeway is a parking lot.
3. Although we are out of the drought now, who is to say what our future years will look like as far as water availability.
4. The Yorba Linda fire was not that long ago and should be a major consideration for adding that many more people to this area in the event of
an emergency.
