RESOLUTION WORK
RESOLVED, that whereas the Board of Trustees of the City of
Anaheim did on the 10"Uh. day of February, 1227, pass its Resolution
of Intention No. 203, declarinc; its intention to order the herein-
after described work to be done and i to be made in said
cit. which Resolution of Intention was duly and legally published
as required by law, as appears f1rom the affidavit of Lotus Loudon
now on file in the of fice of tj', city clerk of said city, and whereas,
notices of the nassage of Resolution of Intention No. 203 headed
"Notices of Imnrovement" were duly and legally posted along the line
of said. contemplated work an6 im1provertient and in front of all the
property liable to be assessed therefor, and on and along all the

That the roadway of Chestnut Street, from the westerly
property line of South Los Angeles Street to the easterly property

line of South Palm Street (exceptin( therefrom Street intersections

corner of the Clementine Btreet intersection.
The City Clerk of said city is hereby directed. to post a, notice

conspicuously for five days on or near the council chamber door of said
city, inviting sealed proposals or bids ffor doin the work ordered,

and referring to the specifications posted or on file, in the Anaheim
Bullet�in, a delily newspaper - published and circulated in said city and
hereby desit�pnated for that purpose.
