That there is now growing upon the lots, grounds or real property hereinafter described, certain weeds or rank growths: 1 2. That the weeds or rank growths growing upon the herein- after described lots, are a public nuisance which must be abated by the removal of said weeds or rank growths. 3. That the Superintendent of Streets be and he is hereby authorized to notify the owners of the hereinafter described lotsi . and grounds, to eradicate and remove said weeds, or rank growths, from the hereinafter described premises, as provided in Section 2 of Ordinance 488 of the City of Anaheim; which notice shall be substantially in the following form and shall be served as pro- vided in Section 3 of said Ordinance 488. Notice to Destroy heeds. Notice is hereby given that on the 2fth day of May, 1926, the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim passed a Resolution declaring that certain weeds or rank growths were growing upon, and in the parking space in front of certain property in the City; of Anaheim, which property is more p y particularly described in said Resolution, now on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim, and by this reference made a part hereof, and that the same constitutes a public nuisance which must be abated by the removal of said weeds or rank growths. You are hereby notified that unless the provisions of Section 1. of Ordinance 488 are complied with, and said weeds or rank growths removed from said premises within ten days from the time of the service of this notice, the City of Anaheim will eradicate and remove all said weeds and rank growths, in which case the cost of such removal shall be assessed upon the lots and real property from which or in front of which such weeds or tank growths are removed, and the cost will constitute a lien upon -1- LM !i ii it I� 1 such lots or real property until paid.
