Dear Council Members ,
Pleas e do NOT approve of this plan to develop apartments in the Fes tival Shopping Center. We have too much traffic as it is . We cannot get down Weir Canyon
pas t Serrano if there is any kind of traffic on the 91 or Santa Ana Canyon, and that is typical and can happen any day.
We need a fas t evacuation when there is a fire. If the Santa Ana winds are blowing, we mus t be out immediately or we ris k death. I leave at the firs t s ign of s moke,
long before evacuation orders are given. I als o would not want to be limited to only certain routes , as there really aren’t many options in how to leave. Know your
way would place me in a dangerous route, and a three hour evacuation is NOT acceptable.
Thank you for your cons ideration in this extremely s erious matter.
