I as k that as repres entatives of our City of Anaheim, you think long and hard as to what you are doing to this piece of land, the area they want this project to be
placed, the cars and people that it will generate. The impact it will have to our neighborhoods is tremendous . WE HAVE NO INFRASTRUCTURE FOR THIS TYPE OF
PROJECT ON THIS SMALL PIECE OF LAND. It jus t does not make s ense to place a high-rise apartment s tructure in the middle of a s mall two lane roadway. It does
not match the s urrounding hous ing. We are already choking with traffic conges tion with non-orange county res idents pas s ing through our hills .
From a wildfire s tandpoint, you are only a s tone’s throw away from the Deer Canyon Park that the Council voted NO on las t year. This project is currently 447 units .
That one was 498. My family only has two ways out and one way is s traight to the projected 1000 people/cars ! The other….towards the freeway with the other maybe
10,000 people coming from the top of the hills . You are not evacuating Angel Stadium, like your City Civil Engineer Rudy Emami compared us to at the Dis trict 5
Community Open hous e on February 19th 2026. How ins ulting! Know Your Way WILL NOT WORK!!!
In the 41 years we have lived in Anaheim Hills we have lived here we have only voted NO on one project and that was Deer Canyon and rightfully s o. The two
projects are bas ically the s ame except you are plopping a huge high ris e on top of a reques ted s oon-to-be torn down Regal Theater. And it did NOT HOLD 1000
CARS! I as k that you VOTE NO ON THIS PROJECT!!!
