Fellow Anaheim res idents Pleas e cons ider this as a letter of oppos ition to the propos ed Festival shopping center project. A project that is this large s hould not be
allowed to proceed in an area that is already conges ted and a prone fire area. Traffic was s o bad during the las t event that I couldn’t get out of my neighborhood
went home and manned the hos es jus t in cas e. Know your way was a nice try but not going to work. When we hear evacuate all s treets get plugged and turned into
parking lots . A very dangerous s ituation. This project will probably negatively affect the bus ines s already there. Competition for limited parking will force cus tomers
to go els ewhere. Bus ines s will clos e ! I then fores ee the builder looking to expand their footprint to that whole pad further adding to the conges tion. How about you
putting a Dave and Bus ters in. That would help make the center more of a destination place This would help traffic flow much better. Seeing they have bus ines s
hours the impact would be les s mos t of the day.
