Hello,
I'm writing to s hare yet again my opinion about the zone change reques t and pos s ible build out at the fes tival center.
I've emailed about this matter before. I'm s till very oppos ed to it as s omeone that s at 3 hours in traffic during the las t fire. The city s eems very overconfident about the
new Know Your way plan and the improvements being done on the freeway and the pos itive effects it is to bring the traffic in our area.
It s eems foolis h to keep adding to the traffic without knowing for s ure that those two improvements actually make a difference.
Pleas e don't put our lives at ris k by making it harder for us to get down the hill.
