Dear Council Member,
I am writing to strongly oppose the proposed Shea/Festival Center apartment project due to serious safety concerns for our
neighborhood.
Traffic in this area is already overwhelming, especially with direct impact from the 91 freeway. Congesti on conti nues to worsen,
and adding a large apartment complex will significantly increase vehicle traffic on already strained roads. Thi s i s not just an
inconvenience — it is a real safety hazard.
In an emergency situation such as a fire, evacuation, or medical crisis, additional congestion could prevent fi rst responders from
reaching homes in time. Delayed emergency response can cost lives. Our infrastructure si mply does not support thi s level of
density safely.
This development prioritizes expansion over the well-being and safety of existing residents. I urge you to protect the
safety of our neighborhood and reconsider this project. Please vote No.
