Dear Council Members,
Please reconsider the development at the Festival Center. Our roads can't support any more traffic especially in case of a fire emergency. Many of
our developments have one way out and so many people would be trapped unable to evacuate. You talk about your evacuation plan. None of my
neighbors have any idea what that plan is! We haven't even been told. There's only one way out of here anyway. In the last evacuation it took me
an hour and a half to go 5 miles down Santa Ana Canyon. So many neighbors were stuck in the Target parking lot. If you don't live here or have
never experienced a fire evacuation, you have no idea how frightening it is. We are begging you to protect us and as elected officials that is your
job. Please do not disappoint us. Vote no and protect us. Thank you.
