Do not click links or open attachme nts unle ss you recognize the sender and are expecting the message. Dear Mayor and City Council Members, I am almost 83 years old and have been a resident of Anaheim Hills for more than 45-years. I am writing in strong opposition to the proposed Festival Center Project due to traffic, safety, and evacuation hazards. I vividly recall the 2017 wildfires and extreme traffic during the evacuations. I can not imagine that the City Council is seriously considering amending its own zoning requirements to allow such a large residential development in the Festival Center that will further delay potential fire evacuations by residents. In a fire evacuation, every moment is precious and adding additional time due to traffic because of an action by the City Council seems contrary to actions the City should be taking to keep us safe. Please vote no on the proposed Festival Center Project. Sincerely, Catherine Halliday
