The hardworking people planned the zoni ng, and realizi ng the neighborhoods were "one way in, one way out," they kept restrictions on density and growth. They even made the "scenic corridor" to preserve the area. I think you owe it to them to really understand why the zoning i s i n place and respect all the thought that went into it. Fires happened in East Anaheim. Evacuation was/is a nightmare. Yes, we now have a "know your way" plan, but most people don't know their way according to the plan. They certainly will pick up their children from school, get elderly or disabled, and pick up their pets. Three hours to flee from a wildfire is a frightening experience. Please use common sense and note NO on this project. The community is rallying together, and those that are not behind the citizens of East Anaheim will NOT be re-elected. Who does this project benefit? Not the people of Anaheim. The developer, Shea C onstructi on, and the owner of the shopping center will make huge profits and gain perpetual income, while the city will have to pay for more servi ces to accommodate another thousand people (or more) and another thousand (or more) vehicles. Who does it hurt? All the citizens of East Anaheim. Do the right thing and vote against this project. Thank you, Helen Ramsay
