1 RESOLUTION SUSTAINING PROTEST.
2 i, &R - ✓AS, the Hoard of Trustees of the City of Anaheim did, on
3 the 27th uay of October, 1945, pass its Resolution of Intention
4 No. 189, to order the opening and extenaing of South Clementine
g i Street, South Dickel Street, South Helena Street, ana the alleys
g I ! in 3locks "A ", ' "C" ana "D" of the Heis Subdivision, which wor
7 is described in said Resolution or Intention No. 189.

8 AND PHARLAS, certain owners of property along proposed work,

9 1 ana who would be arfectea thereby, mane written protest or objecti
10 i in writing, anu delivered the same to the clerk not later than the
11 hour set for hearing such objection.

12 AND ML &AS, at the time set for hearing protest, or ob jectio:
13 said Board proceeded to hear same, it is hereby - rBAQIved,;- by said.
14 Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim that all of said protests
15 ana objections against said proposed work or improvement be, and
16 1 the same are hereby sustained.
17 II It is further hereby resolved by said Board of Trustees that
18 all the proposed work set forth in Resolution of Intention No. 189
19 be, ana the same is hereby abandoned.
20 The foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular
21 meeting of the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim on the 14tt
22 day of January, 1926.
