Pleas e do not approve the 447 unit develpment at the Fes tival Shopping Center. The insufficient infracture conditions are currently unacceptable; therefore, adding
another 1000 res idents will obvious ly not help. Every evening, I am at ris k from the freeway commuters who currently overwhelm the roads . More importantly, they
don’t res pect the pos ted s peed limit, s afe lane changing, and s afe dis tancing between cars. Above all, there is no traffic enforcement. Pleas e do not ruin my quality
of life.
