I'm writing in regards to the proposed development of approximately 450 housing units in the upper area of the Festival Center where the old movie
theaters were located. My husband and I are long time residents of Anaheim Hills. We moved here in 1975, and have been through two major
evacuations. We know first hand how difficult it was to move along Santa Ana Cyn. along with the hundreds and hundreds of other residents trying to
vacate the area. Adding 450 more housing units will only make it worse.
Please do not allow this project to take place. It is easy for developers to ignore the consequences of their projects because it will not impact them
negatively. But for us, the impact is great. As it is now, Santa Ana Cyn. is overused by drivers avoiding the freeway during high traffic time.
Please stand strong for Anaheim Hills. Keep us safe.
