Dear Council Members,
My name is David Dickinson and I have resided at for 12 years. My home is is next to Deer
Canyon Preserve.
I am writing to voice my concerns about fire hazards and evacuation time that would be hindered with all the people and automobiles that this
proposed development would create.
In addition to this, there is a family of California Badgers in Deer Canyon Preserve. They are an endangered species and would be negatively
impacted by the construction and the large increase of human population next to their preserve.
Please oppose this development and set aside this property for expansion of Deer Canyon Preserve.
