Dear Anaheim City Council:
Please vote to deny the proposed apartment complex at the Festival Center in Anaheim Hills.
There is no evacuation plan for Anaheim Hills that will offset the increased risk to life and property that the addition of a 447-unit apartment complex
represents. Suggesting that the quantity of cars associated with this proposed development is similar to the traffic previously generated by the existing
movie theater at that location (which was open no more than 12 hours per day) is ludicrous.
Please deny this dangerous and unnecessary project.
