Dear Mayor and Members of the City Council,
I am writing to formally express my opposition to the Anaheim Hills Festival Project (DEV2023-00043).
After reviewing the proposal, I respectfully request that the City Council reject this plan due to its potential negative impacts on the surrounding
community. Specifically, I am concerned about increased traffic congestion, public safety risks, environmental impacts, and the overall
incompatibility of the proposed development with the existing character of the Anaheim Hills area.
This project appears to prioritize commercial interests over the quality of life of nearby residents. The anticipated increase in traffic, noise, and
density would place additional strain on already impacted local roads and infrastructure. Furthermore, the project does not adequately address
community concerns or demonstrate meaningful benefits that outweigh these impacts.
Anaheim Hills has a distinct residential character, and developments of this scale should align with long-term community planning goals,
environmental responsibility, and resident well-being. I urge the City Council to listen to the voices of local residents and reject this proposal as
currently presented.
